She has also created workshops on networking, goal setting, vision and mission development, supporting children through life transitions and grief management for parents who have lost children under the age of six.
Life and Career Transitions
Roblynn specializes in helping individuals navigate major life and career transitions that often bring uncertainty, identity shifts, and emotional complexity. Whether someone is stepping into retirement, rebuilding after loss, changing careers, or redefining their purpose, she provides grounded, compassionate guidance.
Her approach helps clients:
- Clarify their direction
- Rebuild identity after change
- Create new possibilities
- Move forward with confidence
She believes transitions are not an ending, but they are invitations to rediscover who you are and what you want next.
Coaching Philosophy
Roblynn’s coaching method is holistic and deeply human. She helps clients uncover answers, identify solutions, and create new possibilities in the areas they want to grow. She believes every person is whole, complete, and resourceful, and she coaches from a place of seeing and honouring that truth.
To her, coaching is about self‑discovery, direction, joy, accountability, forward action, and meaningful goal achievement.
Personal Background
When she is not working or supporting others, Roblynn is enthusiastically living a joy‑filled life through her many hobbies and talents. Whether she is crafting new storylines, acting, reading, cooking, learning new dance steps, or walking the trails, or trying parasailing, she embraces life with curiosity and passion. Travel is one of her greatest joys, and she seizes every opportunity to expand her horizons. Her family and friends remain at the heart of her world, shaping the way she lives and loves.
