Our offices are located at 109 Surrey St. E. in Guelph, Ontario. Look for a beautifully restored heritage limestone cottage with dedicated parking at the rear of the building.

Instructions For In-Person Appointments

• Please enter from either our front or rear entrances.
• There is 2hr street parking along Surrey St. E. and onsite parking along the side and rear of the building.
• Check-in at the MyLife Kiosk to notify your therapist that you’ve arrived and proceed to the nearest indicated waiting room.
• Your therapist will receive a text when you’ve checked-in and meet you in the waiting room.

• We operate 35 newly renovated offices out of our single location dedicated to the professional practice of psychotherapy, counselling, and related services.
• All of our offices are specially sound proofed for your privacy.
• High ceilings and large windows throughout mean spacious, clean, and well circulated spaces to support your health, comfort, and safety.

Parking

• Access our dedicated parking spaces at the rear of the building using the driveway to the left of the building.
• 2hr street parking available at the front of the building along Surrey St. E.
