About Brianne Little
Brianne is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) #15109 and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale University and received her Honours Bachelor of Arts from Western University. Brianne completed her internship at Shalem Mental Health Network in Hamilton before making the switch to work in her favourite community of Guelph at MyLife Counselling.
Brianne is passionate about people and their growth. She works closely with her clients to support them in their journey toward healing and wholeness. She’s able to help her clients quickly feel at ease by creating a safe and reassuring space to process the highs and lows of life. Brianne also brings a sense of energy, authenticity, and verve in sessions which helps her clients feel like they can expresses who they really are.
Brianne is experienced working with individuals aged 11 and up and is eager to see youth and adults alike thrive in all areas of their lives. She’s worked extensively helping people with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, emotional regulation, stress, and life transitions. She views people through a holistic lens, emphasizing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the human experience.
In her clinical work, she integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities such as solution-focused therapy (SFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and narrative therapy. She is also a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator.
When not providing psychotherapy, Brianne loves going on walks with her dog, drinking specialty coffee with her husband, reading novels, and playing board games with her family and friends.
